Jar tickets (rippies, instants) are small paper games of chance used for profit making or fund raising. They are sold as individual tickets or ticket bundles. Jar-tickets come with a corresponding "flare" or poster, which displays the winning combinations of symbols or numbers. The flare is displayed at the game site so that each player can see if their jar ticket is a winner.
American Legions, VFWs, Bingo Halls, Churches, Schools, Bars, Casinos, and many other Organizations use jar tickets to raise funds or to make more money.
It's easy to make profits or raise funds with jar tickets. Each game includes a bag of rippies and a corresponding flare - a complete money-making package. You can sell your jar tickets out of any container you choose, such as a fish bowl or plastic jug.
When you start a game, you post your jar ticket flare and sell rippies to players. You usually charge 10 cents to a dollar per jar ticket (depending on the jar ticket game you choose).
